On 25 October 2025, I saw in my Mountain America Credit Union account two surprising, pending charges from the St. George Howard Johnson Hotel, so I asked the senior man at the front desk about them. He called the GM, who acknowledged the errors and reversed them. The desk clerk said it was a mistake and have been reversed; however, on 26 October, one of the POS pending charges had shifted to an actual debit of my account. Our stay was very low stress and easy, which doesn't happen often with hotels for us! The front desk manager, Dev, was very friendly and helpful, and made us feel comfortable! The only thing that was a bummer was that the pool was not heated, so in October, it's not really swimmable unless you like cold showers or ice plunges. The hot tub was awesome, though. Great way to relax after the drive down. Our key card didn't work the next day on our 2 night stay, but it was easily fixed just by getting new key cards. The room we s... read more

Well,didn't like that there was longterm people renting some rooms n broken down cars around. 1st room gave me was not having a working air conditioning. Had to pack n have them move me to another room could if been cleaner n more repaired.so so on service..
