The hotel could use some improvements for sure. Honestly it's not bad. The room I stayed in had a jacuzzi shower combo. The faucet for the bath doesnt completely close when showering, and the top of the shower unit was a little off. The room is comfortable and smelt neutral/clean. The room is spacious and the balcony is a nice touch. The pool area is warm and the pool was clean. Halways to the rooms were also very clean. Guest services was fantastic and friendly. My family and I stayed there over night on Thanksgiving and when my family and I saw the room we gave it the benefit of the doubt as we were just sleeping there and not going to be staying in the room much. In the morning I washed my face and grabbed one of the folded towels to dry my face. I patted my face dry and looked down and saw what appeared to be hair piled inside of the towel like someone had shaved their beard. Nightmare! Denied accessibility with service dog despite pre-approval from Wyndham Diamond Rewards and paperwork., had to stay in dirty room with construction equipment everywhere. Bugs in room.,smelled like cat pee and mold. Triple charged! Had to get a new credit card because they screwed mine up so badly. One night $70. They charged $498.08 to my card. Seriously steer clear.
