I highly recommend never doing business with this company. It's been a most unpleasant experience.
Absolute pirates. Entirely deceitful and incompetent from start to finish. Whatever you do, don't list with them. They won't let you cancel for a full year. Dont do it. The company is a shambles
I am extremely disappointed with Howard Hannah's management and communication. They failed to inform me about a change in the water system in my rental unit, which caused a lot of inconvenience. When I tried to reach out to their headquarters for clarification and assistance, they completely ignored me. Instead of addressing my concerns, they served me with a 30-day eviction notice. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I would not recommend renting from Howard Hannah to anyone.
