I called their scheduler twice yesterday morning and she promised to call me back shortly. I still have not heard back from them in two days. Don’t call them if it’s urgent.
Power went off in half my house due to the previous owners' having an unprofessional hand in the way the electrical wiring was done over and over again. The house was wired all wrong with wires all over the attic and crawl space. I was told that my house was a fire hazard and that I had "hot" outlets. Howard (Miller) Electric was recommended to me by the power company. When I called, I was in a panic and Michelle was so very sweet and helpful and really eased my worries.
