I had total knee replacement He did a great job
I have now had both total knee replacements done. Staff is great. Dr Homesley has been very clearly spoken in all explanations. He is superbly knowledgeable in his work. Very caring and patient in all encounters. I am so very thankful for my PCP’s recommendation! I would strongly encourage anyone to choose him! He is tops in his field!

I had a right hip replacement on May 18, 2020. The process and results are good so far, as of 6/4/2020. Dr. Homesley is not a talkative individual but if the results are successful I am fine with that. He always seems in a rush and spends maybe 5 minutes in appointments and relies on PA mostly. I am okay to a point with that but not completely comfortable with this practice. When pushed he will offer additional information that was not shared initially. Dr homesley is superior but his nursing staff is beyond horrible. I’m scheduled for surgery and left a message 4 days ago for his LPN (who is NOT an RN) to call me for important information. Haven’t heard a word!!! He needs to fire his nurses and start over.
Dr. Homesley Jr seems like a great provider but I was disappointed with his work. My family member went in for a hip replacement and one leg is slightly longer than the other. Their solution to the problem was to put insoles in the shoe to balance out the height. Horrible. No you make the legs the correct length the first time.

Actually, it was extremely successful-as was staff! Would always recommend & have already done so to loved ones. They see the proof in my before which was done locally, and 10 months later finding Dr >Homesley & staff who gave me my mobility back with his expertise!

Dr. Homesly identified my hip issue and operated in a very timely manner. 18 months later I am still very pleased.
Careless
Dr Homesley is a 5 star. His office staff nurse is extremely rude and talks to his patients like they are garbage. Mary Lynn is very disrespectful to his patients. She has no respect for anyone, and Dr Homesley could have a perfect score if patients didn't have to be harassed by his nurse.
