The Houston Tree Removal team did an unbelievable job! They took down two fully grown trees, chipped, hauled off, and stumped before lunch! They left the area very neat and clean. Watching their remote-controlled stumper was a sight to behold. Very cool! 10/10 would recommend.
If you want a horrible experience call this company. Got a quote to have mulch removed. 2 guys showed up the next morning, worked for 1 hour and left. They said they would come back the same day and never showed. Texted late that same night and owner said they would come in the morning, never showed. I worked for 2 hours and did 2x as much work as the 2 guys the day before. He finally came at 6pm and it was dark, his guys could see anything and they tried to remove the mulch I piled up and nothing else. After arguing with th... read more
Reached out to have them give me a quote. They said they would come the next day and never showed up or reached out. When I asked what happened, they said they would come the following day. They did not show up or reach out yet again. I called for an update and never got a response. Very unprofessional.
I am very happy with the service provided by Houston Tree Removal in the removal of a large ash tree that was rotting, cracking and hanging over my house. I accepted the quoted price on Thursday and the crew arrived at 9:00 am Friday, the next day. By 12:30 pm they were finished with removing the tree and cleaning up. That included a trip to the dump when they filled up their truck.
