They've been awesome. Going above and beyond the quarterly maintenance visits. We've had birds in our attic, a mouse in our walls and 1 false alarm. They always came out right away and assessed the situation. And in the case of the false alarm, refuses to charge us, even for the time spent determining there wasn't an issue. Great family business!
