Tried to get them to come out and give a quote. Kept rescheduling. I understand people get busy and schedules get hectic but at least communicate that you won't be able to make it instead of just leaving me hanging. Poor communication
We needed a quick solution to our front lawn, which hadn't been well maintained since we moved into our house about 10 months back - upon checking Yelp, Edwin (the business owner) had set his page up to respond quickly - within 20 mins of me entering my query into the system, he responded saying he could come by our house (which is between Katy and Sugarland) the next day in the evening.
