The cleaning job itself was decent (good enough), but there were numerous issues with reliability. They were frequently late, and cancelled or rescheduled about 1/3 of the time. This was very frustrating when we had to alter our plans to make sure we were home, and then they didn't even show, or cancelled HOURS after their scheduled arrival time.
