Please have option of unmonitored IUI cycles with safe medications like letrozole. Also would be beneficial to have payment plans in place to pay for treatments.

The staff at all locations especially the Sugarland location have been very helpful and informative. The only issue we have had is with regards to the pharmacy that we were referred to by the Sugarland location. We were given misinformation by this pharmacy which led to unnecessary charges and medications which were not shipped in a timely manner. However Joy and the other staff did everything they could to help and rectify the problem.

Everyone was very helpful at every step of the way. The only suggestion would be to offer a little more advice when it comes to injections. Most of the tricks I used to help ease the pain I found on YouTube tutorials. Things like warming the oil next to your body before injecting and having someone massage the area after.

We would have liked to see dr more often just to have more contact. We also do not like the new phone system where all calls go to a central person. Several times we chose option for nurse and that line was never answered. It's such a stressful and emotional experience at times, and having difficulty reaching the correct person is frustrating.

At the beginning of the process, the clinical staff could have spent more time explaining the medication process to me. It was overwhelming and it seemed as though the staff expected me to already understand it.

In the beginning the paper work process was not explained and at times it was difficult for the consents to be signed in a timely manner. The communication between HFI and Piney Point needs to be streamlined. Every time I started a new round Piney Pount called to collect payment when no,payment was due.
