My husband and I had a great experience HFI. All of the doctors, nurses, and technicians we worked with were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely refer this clinic. The hospitality and care shown was overwhelming.

Dr Kim was amazing. He was very thourough and paid attention to details. His care was perfect. The office staff was also great. Both the nurses and front desk were always very helpful and kind. The only area for improvement I could mention is that when seen by other doctors I felt they were unaware of my situation and unwilling to comment/respond to any concerns I raised.

Dr. Williams was always very helpful with explaining the process. I like that I was assigned one nurse throughout the process. All of the nurses were helpful, very knowledgeable and respond quickly. I also liked that HFI had a phone app that tracked appointments, labs, emails from the nurses.

My overall experience with HFI, Dr. Williams and the staff was more than I could ask for. The staff was always more than helpful, accommodating, and genuine. The IUI procedure went great and my spouse and I are very pleased with the results we have received. I am so happy that we chose HFI and Dr. Williams to help us conceive.

Flawless process, Doctor and nurces explain every detail, always responsive and promptly follow up on every request. Great positive atmosphere. This is my second child via IVF with Dr. Williams and his team, and I am very happy with everything. When we started to plan a second child with my husband, there was no doubt in my mind that we should do it with help of Dr. Williams. And we succeeded! Thank you Dr. Williams and team of exceptional nurses!
