We have always been very pleased with and grateful for our results--3/3 success rate with IVF! We cannot thank you enough!!! I have always received Excellent care during all procedures and medical visits. We do feel like the communication of medical information (low egg count for example) and logistics (scheduling procedures, receipt of accurate prescriptions, need for consents etc) has been challenging, requiring added attention to detail by us and unfortunately resulting in increased (and unnecessary) stress/anxiety. Dr. Kim has been very honest and caring during the entire process. I felt like I got the attention and care that I needed throughout the IVF process. The staff at HFI IVF Katy was the best , from reception to phlebotomy! The only complaint I have was with the company who handles the money prior to having procedures. I was surprised with a $7,000 bill the day before my transfer. I am thankful for the team at the surgery facility too.

This office is very organized and well run. It is a very calm environment which inspires confidence that everything is under control at all times. The explanation of the procedures has always been clear and in reasonable leiman's terms. The only hiccup was confusion about how many embryos we had left, but that could have been the fault of the lab... Overall a fantastic experience and I would recommend this office.

Things were great. I will say more information and a way to talk to Piney Point directly on weekends would be helpful instead of having to talk to an answering service on very important days. Just feel there could be better communication in regards to Piney Point.
