The quality of their work is absolutely terrible. My brand new floors had glue all over them and missing trim pieces. He came out to fix part of it and actually made it worse...terrible workmanship. Then he started avoiding my calls. When I would call him from a new number he would pick up and make up some crazy tall tale about why he had to wait longer. I spent months chasing this guy and finally I had to pay another company to repair his terrible work.
