RecommendedWe had counter tops, backsplash, and a new sink installed just before Thanksgiving. Pricing was competitive and the project was completed quickly from estimate to completion. Will do business with again when it comes time for bathroom remodel.

I am a Realtor and Real Estate Investor and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They just finished my cabinets and granite countertops and I Love them! The customer service was wonderful and the quality of work was superb.
We mysteriously discovered dark spots on our wood floors. The owner set an appointment to come look, arrived on time, and had both technology and experience with him! The floors could not be salvaged. In less than 4 days he ordered similar wood, but a better quality, and had the old floors removed and the new floors laid. The installation crew was exceptionally hard working and careful of the rest of the house. We could not be more pleased or satisfied with this business. Without hesitation we recommend them highly!
Our experience was excellent. We can't believe how quickly the process was to replace a previously done horrible job by another company. The service was excellent, making us feel more like family than customers. The work crew was excellent, particularly the lead installer. Experience and expertise -- from owner to installers. The floors are beautiful!

Houston Carpet & Classic Floors did an amazing job at installing the wood floors in the whole house (its a new home), tile in the bathroom floors, counters & kitchen counters & backsplash!!! Beautiful beautiful job! They were very helpful from the moment I walked into the store to "look" at some wood floors. Angela helped me choose the right floors. she really knows her stuff!!! bad experience ! Horrible customer service as I read one of the reviews that had a similar problem with getting a call back ...would never use again... everything that was done had to be re-worked and then in the middle of the job they took my back splash tile that I paid 1/2 down on from my home and said they were not going to complete the job
Bad experience! Bad customer service! Everything that was done had a problem... After being 1/2 through with the job I came home and the back splash tiles were removed they said they did not want to do the job
