Houston Auto Appraisers will charge you $500 for a diminished value report. For that kind of price you expect a full guided process of how they will handle your report, Nope !! they do not answer the calls, forget about e-mails, I sent multiple reminders. I never received the diminished value report. Only way I found out was because I contacted the insurance directly and dealt with the insurance instead of this company. Back in May I called Houston Auto Appraiser with questions about obtaining a lost title for a car I purchased back in California. I advised that I was still making payments on the car and the dealership that I purchased the car from had gone out of business and there was no way of getting in contact with them. Once Ron **** gets your money he'll never answer your call again. You'll get a receipt for more money than he quoted, from a no-reply email, and no further contact info as promised. All the other appraisers in Houston know Ron is a crook. He needs to be tarred and feathered, and run out of town.
