Houston Auto Appraisers were able to settle my claim with my insurance company for thousands of dollars more. They also handled the correspondence with the insurance which saved me time not to mention the headache. Juanita was especially helpful and available during this difficult process. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and professional. I will defiantly refer and use them again. Thank you Houston Auto Appraisers.

When my vehicle was declared a total loss by my insurance company, the insurance company insisted that my vehicle's value was well below it's actual value, I searched the internet for help. I was appreciative of the work Houston Auto Appraisers did on my claim. It seemed they worked very hard to get the settlement I deserved. Unfortunately the claim I'm getting is about $6000.00 less than what they were aiming for.In fact is is $700.00 dollars short of what they were pretty sure I would get. I do think they tried and tried to get a higher settlement. It seems the insurance company just would not come off a certain figure.

Reached out to Houston Auto Appraisers after my 2016 ****** *** was rear ended, and then pushed into the car in front of me. They were very quick to put together the appraisal and send it off to the at fault insurance company. They dealt directly with the insurance company, even when the insurance company attempted to go around them and deal with me directly. Although it took nearly 3 months, Houston Auto Appraisers came through. Mr. **** and his team delivered. At times it seemed like there was not much progress, but I stayed the course as Mr. **** suggested and it paid off in the end.

I've been ripped off $425 by these con artists. Their disclaimer is exactly what you should read before paying. A lot of words to tell you that they will take your money, send a couple of emails and that's it. NO REFUNDS WHATSOEVER. If I kept that money I could have assured a better Christmas to my family. I want to thanks HOUSTON AUTO APPRAISERS in Baytown, Tx for there outstanding job. I had an issue with the amount that it was offer to me by my insurance (Liberty Mutual) at $3,000.00 dollars, in a car that it was worth about $20,000.00 dollars.
