Avoid at all cost took almost a year they took so long that the inspection expired and they never told us and we had to stop what we were doing and go get it done again then they charged me “a late fee” for the mistake that they made the owner dodges you because he knows his incompetent staff dropped the ball 100 percent will never use again

I turned to Houston Auto Appraisers when Progressive offered me an insultingly low offer for my totaled vehicle. Kiersten took my inquiry and was super helpful guiding me step-by-step to get a counter appraisal set-up for my vehicle. In a matter of just a couple of weeks, they created the second appraisal and corresponded with my insurance company to find a middle ground. I paid the $750 for the appraisal & negotiation with the insurance company. It all sounded great, I shared that they had offered me$230 for the diminished value. I was told that was too low and they could recover more. Today I was told that ****would not do any further negotiation. I should have filed with the ********* board & not wasted the $750.

Could not have been more pleased with the professional, courteous and very fast service from Houston Auto Appraisers. I have done many many months of research on my vehicle value and they landed spot on with where I thought it should be. Thanks again, and would highly recommend.

It was most definitely worth the 500 dollars we paid for an appraiser and Mrs.Kirsten ***** did an amazing job for us and went above and beyond. We truly do appreciate the great customer service we received and going to bat for us. If we ever happen to be in the same situation we will be in contact again. Thank you thank you.

First of all, I contacted them under the impression that they were ******* **** ********** ******** *** ************************************** ) but in reality they are still Houston Auto Appraisers. If I had known that, maybe I could have seen the awful *********** reviews beforehand. They never contact you unless you reach out first for updates. I had to email them constantly just for an update on what was going on. They have a computer formula that writes up these appraisals, and it's super obvious! I'm not even positive ... read more
