HUM and Michael have been great to work with. As a landlord I am regularly delegating work to others and rarely finding that I do not need to clean up afterwards. With Mike, my experience has been that, once he has the keys to a property, the process of optimizing my goals as a landlord is secure.
Once I started my intake with HUM my process moved very quickly. The staff that contacted me was very pleasant and polite. They listened to my needs and provided me with everything expeditiously. Everything from viewing to paperwork completion all was done quickly and they even assisted me with other agencies who I ran into slight issues with to assist in getting from the agencies what was needed in a timely fashion. I recommend anyone looking to work with a management company to use them YOU WILL BE MORE THAN SATISFIED!
