HUM provided exceptional services from start to finish which covered them sourcing tenants and programs that aligned with my landlord needs and desires. They then ensured property was up to housing code to allow for speedy approval and move in of tenants. The entire process was exceptionally efficient, lasting only 30-45 days from start to finish and having tenants moved in and payments being received!!! Will certainly be a repeat customer
