Whew! What a bumpy road, as working with DCHA can be, however teaming up with Mike Kornegay and his team smoothed a lot of potholes and potential disasters along the way. There is no doubt Mike knows the ins and outs of the DC housing authority administrative and inspection processes, as well as the important contacts to keep the approval process moving forward.
