The team at Houses 4U Management Service have been better than most property mangers in my housing experience. I have rented my place since 2009 and have always been treated with respect. Anna and Katherine have responded to my concerns in a timely fashion. I'm living a nightmare. I moved into my unit 3 months ago. It's been one issue after the other. The property manager Anna Sumpter refuses after several request, to address or make repairs. The grass has only been cut once in 3 months. I had to beg her remove a mountain of trash. Trash has only been collected once in three months. The washer/dryer combo has never worked, in fact it wasn't even hooked up to a water supply. The rear yard is polluted and deplorable.
