Very thorough. Myles was amazing, so knowledgeable and had great suggestions. HouseMasters was so responsive and accommodating in meeting our inspection deadline. The warranty on satisfactory items is outstanding! Would totally recommend!

Jim & Myles are both top professionals in this field of inspections. They are a 5 star rating for any typical home with public water and public sewer. I gave them a try for a mountain property with Well & Septic and they were able to get their sewer scope guy out there to scope the line to the sewer and found an issue, plus they did a well test and were able to find issues there as well. I always know that when Jim schedules an inspection the most professional team is always present and the report is detailed providing value to our commercial clients. My Commercial Clients have also voiced appreciation for the a la carte style of inspection options.
