Jim Lampe and his partner were extremely thorough and friendly. I am a first time home buyer and this inspection was my first experience. It was absolutely pleasant! They made me feel safe and confident in the home I am considering buying and treated me as if I was family. They knew exactly what they were talking about and were able to provide amazing details of the home inside and out. Their inspection was informative and very detailed and the team was professional and confident.
Honest and thorough inspectors. The owner Jim was there himself with another inspector to make sure everything was perfect and nothing was missed. Being military and not able to be on site during the inspection, they were able to discuss over video chat everything that they found and recommended. Also, very prompt and quick. Definitely will recommend and use again.
