HouseMaster is awesome! The entire process is easy, from setting the appointment online to reading the inspection report and drafting your response. The inspectors go over the report with the buyers and answer any questions they may have. The report is ready immediately and my buyers like the services they offer with setting up utilites as well. Love them!
My inspectors were Shane & Chris. Both gentlemen were friendly and more then helpful in helping me understand things I had questions about. They also pointed things out to me that would need maintenance in the future to keep things working smoothly. Report filed same day as inspection. I had water and radon reports as well. House Masters are very thorough in their inspections. I like the report they send out directly after inspection is finished. They make it easy to generate an inspection repair list with pictures. I highly recommend them!
