HouseMaster has provided us a very smooth, informative inspection process from the get-go. Their office was very clear in setting up the appointment, paperwork and payment. Jim was an outstanding inspector, "politely picky" (which is what we needed as we prepare to sell the house), gave clear explanations and suggestions, and overall was very professional and efficient.
Jim was very timely and thorough. He took the time to answer all of our questions and to give us some good homeowner tips to keep our house in godd shape over the years. The office staff was also very professional and the inspection was competitively priced. Thumbs Up!
