Phil did an inspection on a house that we are buying. He was highly recommended by a real estate agent friend, however this was a FSBO with no agent involved. We were very pleased with his thoroughness in his inspection and the detailed report we received with pictures of everything. He gave us piece of mind that we were buying a quality built home with minor repairs necessary.
