I tagged along for the inspection of my mother's new home. Kyle was thorough, professional, and very patient while answering our endless questions. He even took the time to show us how to light the pilot light in the gas fireplace. The written report was detailed and included photos. Altogether a very positive experience, and both my mother and I highly recommend HouseMaster of Heartland (and particularly Kyle!)
Kyle is awesome! As a first time home buyer he put our concerns to rest as he was very informative and took his time to explain everything and walk us through every step. We were impressed by the level of professionalism. Think of the inspectors like doctors. You want the best and HouseMasters is just that.
