RecommendedDaniel was very professional and showed me all the things he found as we went along. He explained the age of appliances and life span of sump pump and tank less water heater. Gave thorough report on all findings. He had to dig to get the septic tank lid but did not seem to be bothered by it, yes I know it his job, but kept digging until he was able to get lid off.
I’ve used Mike Kelley with HouseMaster twice now. He is always very kind and knowledgeable. He has pointed things out to me both times and is always very thorough. I’d recommend HouseMaster to anyone!

First time home buyer and after much research and recommendations decided to go with HomeMaster. Best decision! We had a great experience with Mark Smith. He explained everything and answered all questions we had. Was knowledgeable and thorough. Company was very responsive to emails as well. There was one thing we weren't sure about regarding the WDI inspection but with the 90 day guarantee it helped to comfort us. Anything needed in the future we will be contacting this company first.
Mike was great. Reasonable expectations on what the house should be, all while I felt like he was making the purchase himself.

Two weeks after moving in we found a water leak now about 5 weeks after moving in our sump pump switch failed which caused our sump pump to fail causing a flooded basement. Called because they supposedly guarantee their work. Which in actuality they come up with every reason to not guarantee anything at all. I want a refund for my home inspection. I should have known there was a red flag when it took an hour to inspect a 5,000 sq foot home. Called and asked to speak to the owner, said I would get a call back, never did.
