I have used Housemaster of Heartland with clients in the past and have always had a good experience. Recently, I used them for my own home purchase and can't say enough about how great they were to work with. Mike Kelley is very knowledgeable, pointed out areas of concern, and provided reports same day. It snowed the day of the inspection so they went out the week of Christmas after the snow had melted to check the areas that were previously covered (roof, concrete, etc). We had Mark Smith come out and do our home inspection. He was very professional and very honest. Told us everything that was good and everything that was bad. He also gave a a rough time line in things that were bad as far as how long they would last. I would highly recommend this company for home inspections.
We were very impressed with HouseMaster (Paino). Daniel did a great job with the initial inspection and then the follow up inspection. We went from offer to close in 17 days and they were very accommodating with that schedule.
We have used Housemasters for two inspections in a new home now. Pre drywall and final inspection. On both occasions they did a phenomenal job. Very detailed, thorough, well documented. Mike was very patient and informative as he answered our questions and pointed out different things throughout the house.
