Lily has been amazing to work with in securing the right property for myself and family. She has also helped me with a few things I have never had help with before to do with exiting an old property. The way she speaks and makes you feel heard is another thing I must add. Just The team is amazing in general. Definitely a place to go through for properties.
Would not recommend. Our property manager, Jo Robinson, was extremely difficult to contact, provided condescending customer service, and refused to speak to us directly when we visited the Housemark office — instead relaying everything through the receptionist (who, to be fair, was actually lovely). They repeatedly contacted our reference instead of us, despite being told multiple times to use our correct email. We have been dealing with Jack Patterson from Housemark since December 2024. Jack has been our agent for our property and main contact. We have been extremely happy with Jack's professionalism, work ethic and prompt communication. Jack is also very thorough and up-to-date with all of the legislation surrounding rental properties. We look forward to continuing our working relationship with Jack and Housemark.
