Excellent Work A few years after owning a house, we'd like to have a thorough inspection to know what we need to do to maintain the lovely house, and Darin from Housecall Property Inspections did an awesome job. He attended to all details, explained everything so we understood, and he also made very professional suggestions on possible maintenance or repair. Property Inspection I went with Housecall Property Inspections a few weeks ago when I was looking for a new home. It's a given that you'd have a property inspection, but so glad that I was able to have a company that I could call up with questions - even weeks after the initial inspection. The guy doing the inspection was thorough, even though it took a few hours, it was well worth it. I know what small issues the house I made an offer on has and that has given me a lot more leverage in negotiating a price.

Home Inspection Darin Redding did an excellent job with my home inspection. The online scheduling tool made it easy for me to schedule an appointment and I was able to get an inspection done the very next day. The inspection was very thorough and he did a great job explaining all of the issues in the house that would need to be addressed, as well as the urgency of each one. I would highly recommend his services!
Honest and Reliable Very reliable and easy to use website - I was able to get my co-op inspected ASAP and received a detailed report on several violations of code. Thank goodness for Darin, he's the best San Diego home inspector around. I was able to take his finding to my co-op board and get the repairs done within the week.
