Very disappointing customer service, especially considering we were a group of 15 people who ultimately spent a significant amount of money at the restaurant. When we called ahead, we understood that the restaurant did not take reservations and that the entire party needed to be present before we could be seated. Our group was arriving gradually, and there were plenty of empty tables on the patio. We sat at some of the available tables and began putting them together as people arrived. Bad customer service! Very hostile staff and management. Not child friendly or suitable for groups. I came with a group of 14 ppl and staff gave us hard time from beginning to end. They don't do reservations and wanted the whole group to arrive together and wait for 1-hour to get a table. We were told in a loud and condescending way, that we were not following the procedure, which was humiliating. We felt unwelcomed and unappreciated. Never going back again.
