The food was good but the service was awful. What a shame this used to be my favorite place in the 80's.
Great pie. Great neighborhood. A little people watching. Nice patio. Old school diner feel. Can do a little shopping after. No bells and whistles, but good eating.

Not only is their food terrific and are their restrooms ample, but they let a group of fans of the Disney show Gravity Falls - being led on a crazy international treasure hunt perpetrated by the show creator - partially assemble a giant puzzle they found in a safety deposit box at the adjacent post office this securing themselves a permanent place in Gravity Falls fandom lore.
Pancakes!! Just get them, the batter is delicious. Wish I knew the recipe... Also the pecan cheesecake is yummy with hot coffee☕... Can't wait to go back
House of pies not only has great pies but the breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are good too!!
