I went here a couple times when it was new and unfortunately did not go back. I had an issue with the dip powder that was put on. It was done sloppily and it was cracking within hours of having it on my nails. I also feel like they were preoccupied during my last visit there so attention to detail wasn’t given. I wish I had a better experience because it is close!
The ladies at this shop are awesome. I was looking for the best shop in Buffalo and this shop was the only one that would take me for the services I needed while others turned me away. I was visiting the area on vacation and was warmly welcomed not only in person but when I made my appointment. It's been 3 weeks and my nails STILL look fantastic.
The owners of house of nails are very kind and take their time. They have been able to get me an appointment the day of. You can bring them your nail inspo and they will do a wonderful job!!
Today was my first time at house of nails. I was able to text and make an appointment which they got me in as soon as they opened. I had a full set put on by Phillip and they are in my opinion perfect. They are exactly what I wanted. He took his time I wasn’t rushed at all. He even asked me if I was in a hurry or if he had time to make them perfect. I was asked if the length and the shape were good before continuing.
