Very unsatisfied with them. They claim to work with people with poor credit but do not and want to overcharge for their inventory and financing and put a mark on my credit for absolutely no reason. Would never approach them again. Was told that even if i paid $2500.00 down they were going to charge me 22. Percent interest and told me before i put in my application online they would work with me on getting the car i wanted.

The people were nice and they listened to what I needed. I went to check out another vehicle, and I purchased a different vehicle. There was no pressure put on me to buy a car. And because of that and the professionalism of the staff I was comfortable with purchasing the vehicle I did.
I wanted to take a minute to rate my recent expierence at House of Kars. It was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically i would like to give high praise to my salesman, Cristian Flores. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentlemen to boot, but also a true professional. I couldnt have asked for more. Thank you for the great car shopping expierence.
