Responded to all my questions via email and phone. Appointment was professionally handled.
They did contacted me and scheduled appointment with me . After I drove 35 minuets they told me the car is not ready . Very very unprofessional....
I was informed the car was sold and they would add my name to their data base.
Very prompt and helpful communication, from the get go. I had set up an appointment to go look at the car and test drive it. So I traveled over 3 hours to House of Kars, only to find out once I had gotten there, someone the day before, put a deposit down on the car. Of course, no one ever bothered to contact me. I spent a total of 7 hours on the road that day........for absolutely NOTHING!!!!!So........needless to say, I was not a happy camper!!! Never again!
I would absolutely recommend people to visit this dealership. As a single mom and person that is afraid to drive in the snow, I was able to find the SUV I was looking for and most importantly at a reasonable price. The staffing here was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I left that dealer as a happy customer and will definitely be coming back here if and when I need another new car :)
