From start to finish, 11/10 experience. Scheduling the appointment and interim communication with Franca was easy and responsive. Jeff did such a thorough inspection! He broke everything down I had questions on in a way that I could understand, and made sure that the report was also clear. I had a great experience. Franca was very responsive and flexible when scheduling, and answered all of our initial questions. Our home inspector Jeff did a very thorough job. He spent over 3 hours with us, and we never felt rushed when asking him questions or to explain what he was seeing - he took his time to talk us through it. Thank you!
