We recently had a home inspection from House 2 Home and it was done by Zach. They are so profesional and pleasant from beginning to end. Franca (initial contact) explained everything they inspect for, what to expect, and overall just super nice to talk to. Then, Zach (inpsector) was thorough, explained everything he was doing, what he was looking for, and just honest about every finding. I would recommend them to any one needing a home inspection! 100% I'm glad I called them!
House 2 Home Inspections did an absolutely detailed and professional job on our home inspection. They took their time and produced a report that has given us confidence in the home we are looking to purchase. Very professional, very knowledgeable and punctual.
Had them inspect my house and trusted them because of some of the reviews. I'm glad Zach seems great from the reviews but who we had who I will not name missed two huge things that are costing us a lot of money. They filled our binder with fluff issues so we felt falsely confident about the stability of our home and our purchase.
