I have been staying at the apartment for almost 6 months. Management is great, have always solved all my problems well on time. Location is good. Of all the apartment at this place, this is a great deal for a couple, decent place with good rent.
Horrible! These People are SLUM LORDS – I'm posting this on as many websites as possible to let everyone know.... Potential Tenants BEWARE: These observations are a result of living at Hourglass and observing the high turnover rate of tenants. 1. They charge you a small deposit ($300), but be prepared not to see ANY of it back no matter how much you clean. 2.
