This is a pretty decent place to live – The apartment complex is on the older side of things, but they have done their best to maintain it. When I moved into my apartment in 2006, the cabinets, fixtures and carpets were new. The building itself was old, but the furnishings were newer and of average quality. I have never had a problem having maintenance done, I have always submitted the work request online. The landlord and super are cordial and I personally haven't had any run-ins as a current resident. Hey, These are great apartments. They are nice inside and out. The management here is very friendly and helpful over all I would say these are A-Okay apartments.
Hourglass Park Apartments has been a great home to me and my small family. Everyone who lives here are nice and the management of the apartments are very helpful with any problems that I have.
I've recently moved into Hourglass Park Apartments, they are very nice apartments, the scenery is very beautiful and so far it is very peaceful living here.
I love living in these apartments they have such beautiful scenery and they are a comfortable setting to live in too. It doesn't feel like I live in an apartment it actually feels like a home and that's something that is important to me.

this is a great place to live – I have just moved in to this complex, My apartment looks brand new.Believe me I have lived in many cities and places all over the US your standard apartments are kept very nice and the layout is beautiful. I had a maintenance call and I was shocked how fast the man showed up at my front door less then 20 minutes later. This is a great place to live.
