You have some maintenance to do at your place. Too many of these carwashed for you to not make some repairs. Ran through today and got decent tire clean/shine done on 3 of them and the 4th didn't get any whatsoever. At the end the cloth spin on 5he passenger side didn't spin and the overhead was spinning but never came down. The one on the driver side worked. I'll be going beside Wal-Mart Northport from now on.
purchased the unlimited wash for $30 payed by auto draft each month -- the chip placed on the windshield NEVER worked - replaced it twice - always had to hunt somebody down - show them it wasn't working - they had to look up in computer each time - and eventually got the arm raised to wash. Would NEVER let me speak to the owner. FInally cancelled my account - and never go there -- have the mobile car guys come out and wash and detail.
I have been bringing vehicles there for three years. A little over a month ago I purchased a 2018 vehicle that I detail at home. Yesterday I brought my vehicle to the car wash just to sit there and wait while on of the employees there holds up the line while he gets out and pressure washes his vehicle and everyone pretend to spray each other, hit his vehicle with drying rags, and open his door to act like he was going to throw soap in his car...mind you there are two customers in line while they are playing around. no reason for a basic car wash to be $7!!! maybe it’s just a northern thing where car washes only cost $3 but $7 is insanely ridiculous especially when the wash isn’t even no touch
Hard to throw stuff away when all of the trash cans are full.
This used to be the best car wash in town. NOT ANYMORE! It's has a horrible sewage odor, the spin brushes are extremely dirty. Paid for the $20 car wash, I asked the guys at the entrance to use the hose and get some of the mud I couldn't sweep out (I know they say you can't have anything in the bed), they started rinsing out the bed and the manager came out and reprimanded them. My car was covered in brown sludge after the wash. They offered to run it back through and it still had the same result. I had to borrow a towel from one of the boys to clean it off. They just watched while I cleaned. I should have asked for a refund. I won't be back.
If I could give a lower rating I would, but they don’t even deserve a 1. The wash broke something on my car and Brandon(somehow the manager of this fine establishment) refused to talk to me about it and then when I confronted him he asked me if I wanted to fight and told me to hit him. Too bad the only people high up you can talk to are people like him.
Half of my 2005 Suburban is now covered with hard water spots. Went back and the manager tried to remove with some sort of chemical but no luck. Entire passenger side windows and paint are now covered in spots. Save yourself the money and wash your car at home. Going to see owner in 30mins and will update this post. Had good experiences until this last wash. Update: Brandon (manager) provided me with the info to a bodyshop where I will go to try to figure out what the spots are and how to remove them.
