God awful customer service. They will try to weasel their way out of paying for damages that their negligence causes. Their automatic car wash literally pulled the bumper off of this car and the teenagers that work there only know how to say “sorry. Not our fault.”
Seriously worst experience ever. Customer service is awful. My bumper literally got PULLED OFF while in the car wash. They claim that they are not liable even though the workers are all children and probably don’t even know what that means. Do NOT give them your business. Go literally anywhere else.
Stay away!!!!!!! This place is beyond terrible. The machine broke while the truck in front of me was in it. The guys that worked there couldn’t have cared less. They left us sitting there. The guy with long hair kept laughing and all he did was curse, mf this f that while my daughter and I were stuck waiting to get in the car wash. All they said was it’s broke so back up and we’ll spray your car off a little. I had to get out several time to see what was going on and to get my money back. I will never go back!
Don't know what to say except... NOPE! Burn me once and there is no again.
The dryer was broken and they stated they would hand dry my vehicle. Do you think any of the 3 guys showed their faces to help? NO!!!! I could of saved my $15 and washed/dried my car at home. Thanks, but no thanks. I won't be back. Poor service!!
This carwash is a DUMP! Do not waste your money here. I am in the carwash business and this is by far the worst operation I have seen. Half of the equipment does not work. No tire shine, buff and dry, rinse even though I paid $20 for the top wash. The pit smells like sewage. My truck was as dirty coming out as it was going in. The employees don't care. The owner should be embarrassed to operate this shithole! He is just stealing people's money! Hopefully enough people will get the word and put this place out of business.
The car wash that I received for $20 was terrible! My truck was still dirty on the front, sides and back The young guy was making all kinds of excuses why it happened but was very adamant that there was not a problem. I have never gotten this bad of a wash at any other local cars wash. This really sucks! Beware and go somewhere else.
I have never been so disappointed with a car wash. I use you guys several times a month and this is a first. I purchased the$20 Managers Special. car comes out covered in soap. I asked for attendant to look at it and he said that's normal but would send me back through for a rinse... there's more soap like entire trunk covered and the guy was like it's just your car - really, it's a VW Passat. so he's like we can rinse again... no thank you... he's like it's only hot wax, umm no it's not. so I leave and go to the store on th... read more
Recommendedafter paying $14 to go thru the car wash and my car wasn't cleaned I told and showed the young man how badly the wash missed spots and I was very unhappy cause i'm telling you I was going to put HOUNDS TOOTH on blast big time but when I tell you the young man named MATT went over and beyond to make sure I were satisfied he did just that and trust me I am truly satisfied with the service I received so forget the rest cause MATT AT HOUNDS TOOTH IS THE BEST!!!!
