Do not buy a vehicle here. They lie and tell you things are covered front to back and top to bottom when it is not. When I first purchased the vehicle they said they had tires and struts on order for it, they then would not return my phone call for days and kept giving me excuses. This vehicle broke down, the month to the day I bought it and required a new motor. Horrible Customer service from this place. Save yourself time and trouble go elsewhere.
Just bought a Ford Escape in beautiful condition from Houdek Auto! Great selection to choose from, priced fairly and no high pressure salesman. Cory was a great help making sure we got the vehicle that was right for us AND working within our budget. Best car buying experience I've ever had!
They sold my son, a college student, a car. That was less than a year ago. It’s had to have as much work done to it in dollar amount as the car was purchased for. AVOID this dealership. They are crooks. Update: my son had to buy a new car. The car he got from Houdek was a complete loss.. worth about $600. He paid $8,000 less than a year before. ��
Had an awesome experience today at houdek!!! Very friendly and helpful. Cory answered all of our questions and helped us feel welcome while trying to decide on a vehicle. Kye was also more than helpful with handling everything with getting a loan and making sure we would go home with the car we wanted! Thank you so much for the new explorer!!!
