Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere! I bought my car almost a month ago and the agreement was they had to fix a part on the seat, detail the vehicle, and replace the sensor that was blocked. The only thing they did was replace the seat part. 3 days after buying the car it started throwing codes and they said they would “help me out” and repair it. They cleared the code and cleaned around the gas nozzle, that wasn’t even the problem!!!! 4 days after they “fixed” it I found myself stranded!! They said if I got it to the... read more

This dealership has been nothing but terrible, they sold me a crappy car and since the day I’ve bought it they’ve been so unhelpful with the issues that has occurred. I’m more than disappointed in this dealership and would NOT recommend them what so ever. Ross auto was a better dealership than them and that speaks measures.... They’re service is sickening and their cars are trash. Just bought a replacement vehicle after losing my previous vehicle in the storm. Kevin was super helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend to any one looking for a nice vechile.
Bought a 2016 Ford Escape from Kevin. About a week into owning it, it wouldn’t start and I knew i had issues. I tried to call multiple times because it was well within my 1,000 mile warranty and never got any help from them. They would tell me they’ll “call me back later” and never did. Now a month into owning this car and it’s completely trashed. Just bought a Ford F-150 truck today from Houdek Auto Center...Steven Young was easy to deal with and we're very pleased with the purchase.
I purchased a 2005 Buick LaCrosse last week and had the pleasure of working with Kevin Goulding. He was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process and answered all of the questions I had! I got a great deal on the car as well, since there was some hail damage and I opted out of having that repaired. Thank you Kevin and everyone else at Houdek! I love my new car! :D
