Bought my 2007 Chevrolet HHR from here and Cory helped me. I can't describe how well their customer service is! Cory bent over backwards for me with my car when it started having issues during the 30 day warranty. They will not stop until you are satisfied! We bought our trailblazer from them and yes it had couple problem and clint was nice enough to send me a starter and then replace my tranny for me and let us make couple payment to pay on the tranny. Less I did give them a 2 before but that was before I even asked for help.. so thanks clint and everyone that help on my trailblazer..
This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from Houdek. I thought the service was friendly and prompt, considering other experiences in our hometown, this dealership was able to compromise and make us a satisfied customer. I will definitely consider this dealership to others.
