My Hotwire towel rail failed after 4 years. I emailed photos to Chris and within 3 hours he had resolved to replace the unit with a new one. I had iniially only been seeking a replacment switch. The next day i received details of the package via Aus Post. To find this level of custome rservice and warrany is most unusual in these harsh times. Hotwire and Chris in particular are to be commneded for excellent Customer Service and warranty obligations.Ā

Our under floor heating has not worked properly from day one of installation. 6 years later it still doesnāt work properly and Hotwire will not take any responsibility at all for it. Instead blaming other trades on site that may or may not have damaged the heating during the build process. I have had multiple technicians come out to have a look and try and āfixā the problem but I always end right back in the same place. They will do everything they can to avoid any responsibility.
