Great food. Great music on the patio on a Saturday night! Loved the burger, onion rings and homemade chips. This was our first visit and can't wait to come back.

I read a lot of the comments, I am a little surprised. I have always had a wonderful experience. Staff is always nice and drinks are perfect.

There are a lot of things about Hot Rods that aren't very good. The food is good if it is available. There is often not the right dressing for a salad or other things available on the menu. Kitchen is slow often. But I kept going back because Mark, the bartender, is amazing. He is fast, friendly and entertaining. He is what kept me and all my friends going there once or twice a week. This place is going downhill fast and is nearly at the bottom. It will take completely new management to fix it. The only person that is an asset is the bartender named Mark. He makes it fun. They recently cancelled Karaoke on Sat nights. The karaoke along with bartender Mark is the only positive thing this place had going. Without a drastic change in management, I don't see this place surviving more than 6 months.
Sat down waitress was like 2 cooks just quit over an hour wait for food so I left and had little ceasers never go back
Went here as part of a group of over 40 people on Saturday April 2nd. Our group organizers had made a 12:45 reservation and we had all pre-ordered our lunches the day before. We arrived at 12:40 and were seated upstairs. To make a very long story short, food was EXTREMELY slow in coming out of the kitchen. In fact, I don’t think anyone was served before 2:00. We are from Seattle and are down here visiting family during spring break. We spent approximately 15 mins to be seated in the lower restaurant area and there was a total of 9 people in this area counting the 6 in our party. The place itself is pretty cool and a great idea...especially for my 7 year old son who LOVES anything car related, so it wasn't that bad waiting. Worst restaurant experience ever. We were booked as a group of 50--several pre-trips were made by the organizers of our party. We pre-ordered two days before, most of which were salads, arrived exactly on time at 12:45 -- and then it took 2.5 hours for them to start bringing out food. Even then 10 of our group never got their food. No apologies were offered, we were ignored, and at bill-paying time the 18% gratuity was attached. Incredible!!
