With the EXCEPTIONALLY poor service and food our group had there last weekend I have to think they are really trying to drive customers away and get out of the restaurant business. Even though our group pre-ordered our food the day before it took them 2 1/2 hours to get some food out and not everyone in the group even got their food. Second time here. Will never go back.
We've been here from time to time & have always heard or read horrible reviews! Always waited on right away by friendly waitstaff. Food is always good & comes in timely manner. Of course we come before everyone gets off work & not rowdy yet! Maybe that's a clue!
Saturday night 2/13/16 at approximately 7pm. My husband and I love Nascar. The Sprint Unlimited was on so we decided to go to Hot Rods. Every TV was on a college basketball game. We had to ask (2 times) for a TV to be changed to the race! Then after waiting almost 30 minutes, wondering what was going on because the restaurant wasn't even half full, our server brought us chips and salsa which we didn't order, saying just a few more minutes. Horrible experience, hostess, and waiter/bartender. Really The only nice person was the girl who brought us our food(wanted to give her the tip) We sat in the downstairs bar. The bar tender was our waiter and he's as rude and unprofessional as they come. Waited 20 min before the hostess came to seat us. Then another till I walked to the bar to ask someone to take our drink order which the hostess brought the soda but couldn't bring the beers because she wasn't old enough. Don't even waist your time. What a puke hole. Dry bread, no meat, cold and soggy frys, slow ass servers, when they do come they act like they're doing you a favor. And they aren't even in Vail.
The food was terrible. The food was cold and not made right. Waited around 50minutes for food and the place was not busy. The server was nice as well as the manger. Would never go again was a neat place though
TERRIBLE service. It took an hour and a half for our order to get to us, and it was wrong. We ordered a large order of fries, and an ice cream sundae. How hard is that? Then they messed up and overcharged us by $100. They said they cancelled the charge, but the next day the funds came out of the account. We are never going back.
Food was ok, neat venue. Would not honor electronic Entertainment coupon.
The service was Very Poor. An hour+ to get food at 1pm on a Friday. The food was less than minimal with no seasoning and a backyard BBQ is better. A lot of racing friends have told us to try it . We did and will not go back. Very sad Nice Concept horrible Service!
