Very friendly staff. Rooms are clean. Close to everything. Definitely not an upscale hotel, but you'll find thats its quiet, quaint and very homey feeling. we love it!!
Convenient to walk to just about everything in the French Quarter. Clean. Not updated, but fine. Wanted to experience a small “original” hotel. Hotel desk clerk, Triscal, was very informative & pleasant.

We kinda found this gem by accident, stayed only one night to combine work and fun and absolutely fell in love with the historic charm of the building, the perfect location and the wonderful friendly staff. We will be back!!!
DeWayne and Emily both made our stay feel more like visiting friends than staying at a hotel. The rooms were clean, inviting and classy.
It's hot outside but our room is so comfortable an cool, adorable balcony view to the street to enjoy the horse carriages 6 min walk to Jefferson Park (yummy Benitas) an the French Market. Across the street breakfest & lunch. Emily our receptionist is a sweetheart. Our stay here for the price we booked threw 3rd party was very inexpensive. We where told the hotel is haunted I was hoping for some activity... The ceiling fan was broken & light also cable was out all night tried to call front desk but was told later when cable ... read more
