I definitely would not recommend this hotel, when they give you a room with two blinds offering no natural light and when you move the blind, you get what you see in the photo. Then you are told that’s what you have paid for and you can’t be moved. I came all the way from the UK to visit San Francisco as a special treat for our 30th wedding anniversary and this has completely spoiled it!

Een mooi hotel in het midden van de stad. Niet te groot mooi schoon en een leuke receptie. Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en helpt met alles. Greg van de receptie is een leuke zingende lachende receptionist die je het allerbeste wenst als je weer vertrekt.

Bij aankomst in het hotel werden we heel vriendelijk onthaald. Cynthya van de de front desk hielp ons met de check-in ze was heel behulpzaam. Ze gaf ons meteen de nodige informatie om onze weg te vinden in deze grote stad. De kamers waren zeker in orde spijtig dat we ter plaatse geen ontbijt kunnen benutten dit is altijd wel handig. In de buurt zijn er wel genoeg eetgelegenheden. THANKS Cynthya for your kindness and your help
