Ruby 2 is 3 star hotel with more like 5 star rooms. Specious and clean room. The only negative is that there is rail tracks close by. Yet we didn't mind that after 2 weeks of travels this is probably the best room we have stopped at during our vacation. Bedding is soft slept like a bear. Thank you! We will stop again if will be traveling to Washington! Will recommend to everyone I know!

Hotel lobbyists was so rude! No parking anywhere after we paid for a parking pass. The bartender was awesome!
AARON is the rudest and the most inhospitable hotel worker that anyone could ever have. Not only did he make checking in hell, he seemed to sigh constantly at anything anyone said. The man clearly dislikes his job and he can be found walking up and down the sidewalk during what should be his shift. Aaron was the cause of much stress on our stay, Aaron is the problem.
Lounge so nice. ..nice staff. .however the guy at check-in. ..ummmm mmmm not so much...he needs a drink or a attitude adjustment.
We have stayed at the Ruby numerous times, the staff always does such an amazing job. Love the price and the location, thanks for always treating us like rock stars !
Loved it!! Second time we've stayed here and was great both times. We love it here!
