We stayed a night at Hotel Ruby to attend Kinky Boots at the INB. First overall impression was old and small. Not enough onsite parking had to park at Hotel Ruby 2 and also on streets at meters. Upon check out we also had to pay an additional $5 fee for parking. Very small room. Uncomfortable hard mattress that needed to be flipped. The room was dingy and I didnt think it was all that clean. The hotel is a nicely renovated downtown hotel with a great lounge in the lobby. Up to date, clean. Rooms are outside. Gated access to parking and stairs to rooms.
Definitely going to stay here again! D'Angelo was very helpful and made us feel welcome!!! The rooms are cute! The beds were so comfortable and we had plenty of pillows!
It was pretty comfy only complaint was you can hear people walking above u. And small parking. The staff st front desk aAaron was very helpful
Everyone was very nice and helpful. Had a good nights rest. I would recommend staying there.
Needs more parking an reserved parking for the people who check in early enough needs better staff didn't even have extra pillows and needs coffee pot in room for the price id pay for something else with parking and bigger rooms
