I was placed at the ruby when my apt,at the richard aiiens, cought fire. Me and my 2yr, oid granddaughter,whom ive been raising for the past 2yrs. We were tired, and traumatized. It was an electrical fire, we pretty much lost everything. With only the clothes on our backs we checked in, tje room was clean,the shower waa amazing,great staff. We are still in need of everything.,but the ruby was like home thank you. And the maids are super great�
We had a great time. Rooms are small but nice! The atmosphere and service was very friendly. It is right in the middle of shopping, lounges and diners, bars, and a 20 minute walk to the Arena. I will stay here again and again when I visit Spokane! The only reason I gave it four stars is because of the parking and very thin walls!
We stayed at the Ruby 2, very easy to check in, clear on where to park, clean, modern room with an AMAZING shower! Simple breakfast, and a short walk to the other ruby (about a block) where you can enjoy the buy one get one free drink coupon they give you at check in :) will be staying again!
Simply loved the hotel style and staff, the location is great and the bartender knew what he was doing and was very friendly! I am staying at Hotel Ruby again next time I'm in Spokane.
Love Ruby 2! Another great stay in the books. Clean, simple, affordable and funky-fun. The staff was wonderful too. We will be back!
The rooms are small and it's quite noisy due to the location. However, the room was very clean and modern. The staff was great to work with and the little lounge was nice, too. We got buy one get one drink coupons for the lounge and they were really good drinks! It's a great location to walk to all the downtown happenings. The only complaint I really have is that there is very little parking at the hotel and if it's full you have to park 1.5 blocks away at their Ruby 2 location. They didn't tell me this ahead of time.
